본 연구는 무용영재성의 개념을 정립하고, 무용영재성의 구성요인을 탐색하여 자신의 무용재능을 객관적으로 평가하고, 판별할 수 있는 자기진단도구를 개발하고자 한다. 이에 연구목적을 달성하고자 2가지 연구방법으로 진행하였다. 우선 첫 번째 연구방법은 무용영재성의 구성요인을 탐색하기 위하여 무용영재성과 관련된 선행연구 및 문헌을 고찰하고 무용영재성의 구성요인 및 판별방법에 관한 자료를 분석하였다. 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 무용영재성에 관한 5개의 개방형 설문문항을 개발하고, 무용재능이 뛰어난 학생 100명을 대상으로 개방형 설문조사를 실시하였다. 또한 설문 응답의 객관성과 타당성을 입증하기 위하여 심층면담도 실시하였다. 그 결과, 개방형 설문을 통해 도출된 요인은 4가지 구성요인(신체조건, 동작수행능력, 표현 및 창의성, 무용성향)으로 나타났다. 두 번째 연구방법은 자신의 무용영재성을 스스로 평가하고 판별할 수 있는 자기진단 도구를 개발하기 위하여 개방형 설문 및 심층면담에서 도출된 원자료를 바탕으로 문항을 제작하였다. 자신의 무용영재성을 평가할 수 있는 적합한 문항은 총 109개의 문항으로 제작하였고, 무용재능이 뛰어난 무용전공 학생 250명을 대상으로 1차 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사를 통해 나온 응답 자료를 바탕으로 기술통계 분석과 탐색적 요인분석, 그리고 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 4요인(신체조건, 동작수행능력, 표현 및 창의성, 무용성향)과 36개의 문항이 선정되었다. 선정된 모형(4개의 구성요인과 36개의 문항)의 적합도를 알아보기 위하여 1차 설문조사 대상과는 다른 무용전공학생 200명을 대상자로 선정하여 2차 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과자료를 바탕으로 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 모든 적합도 지수가 기준치에 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 무용영재성 자기진단 도구는 4요인에 대한 36개의 문항으로 최종 채택하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop assessment tools which can observe children’s dance talent. The first step, open-ended survey was conducted to 100 dance major students. The analysis of survey responses derived the 4 constructing factors (physique state, expressiveness and movement ability, creativity, physical strength). The second step, the basic survey with 250 questions was carried out to 200 dance major students. As a result of the analysis (exploratory factor analysis, reliability analyses) 36 questions according to the 4 constructing factors was derived. The third step, the survey was conducted to 150 parents in order to verify the suitability of 36 questions in accordance with 4 factors. Confirmatory factor analysis showed 36 questions in accordance with 4 factors were appropriate.
