The purpose of this study is to explore the emotional implication of dance class in the general education and analyze the link to the element of the dance literacy. The key findings are as follows. First, students experience the emotional development and stability. The emotional effectiveness manages the experience and control of various emotions, concentration and flow, and expression of the inner world. Second, the emotional effectiveness is related to the element of dance literacy, such as Sociality and Spirituality. Therefore, this study suggests developing the teaching method of dance literacy for fostering emotional development and to connecting interdisciplinary approach to dance class in the general education.
