The purpose of this study is to derive the preference factors of dance professors for college dance major students. Participants in the study selected college dance major of S university in Seoul as a sample group. The sampling method was a convenience sampling method among the non - probability extraction methods. The research tool used unstructured open questionnaires and semi structured in - depth questionnaires. The validity and reliability of the questionnaires were evaluated by using reflective subjectivity, discussion with experts, evaluation of literature, and previous research analysis. The conclusions drawn from the research problems are as follows. The primary area of dance teaching style was categorized as total 19 dance teaching styles, Secondary area of dance teaching style was categorized as total 10 dance teaching styles.
