본 연구는 대안학교에서의 무용교육 현황과 주요 사례를 토대로 SWOT 분석을 활용하여 대안학교에서의 무용교육 활성화 전략을 도출하는 것에 목적이 있다. 본 연구방법은 문헌 연구이다. 본 연구자는 대안학교에서 수년간 무용을 가르친 경험이 있다. 이 경험은 본 연구의 동기가 되었으며 주요 사례 선정의 기준이 되었다. 대안학교에서의 무용교육의 현황, 주요 사례를 SWOT 강점, 약점, 기회, 위협의 네 가지 요소로 나누어 논의하고 분석하였다. 그 결과 강점-기회, 강점-위협, 약점-기회, 약점- 위협 전략으로 대안학교에서의 무용교육 활성화 전략을 자세히 제시하였다. 본 연구는 대안학교에서의 무용교육 활성화 전략에 관한 기존 연구가 없음에 불구하고, 대안학교에서의 무용교육 현황과 사례에 대한 SWOT 분석과 본 연구자의 실천 경험을 토대로 실질적인 전략을 논의했다는 것에서 의의가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to derive strategies for activating dance education in alternative schools by using SWOT analysis based on the current status of dance education in alternative schools and major cases. The method of this study is a literature review. This researcher has sev- eral years of experience in teaching dance at alternative schools. This ex- perience served as motivation for the present study and criterion for se- lecting major cases. The current status and major cases of dance educa- tion in alternative schools were discussed and analyzed by dividing them into four elements: SWOT strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. As a result, a detailed strategies for activating dance education in alternative schools was presented using the strength-opportunity, strength-threat, weakness-opportunity, and weakness-threat strategies. This study is significant in that, despite the lack of existing research on strategies to revitalize dance education in alternative schools, it con- ducted a SWOT analysis of the current status and major cases of dance education in alternative schools and discussed practical strategies based on the researcher's experience.
