한국과 인도네시아 유아의 기질 차이에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 한국과 인도네시아의 유아들의 기질 사이에 차이를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 한국의 서울에 위치한 4곳의 유치원의 만3-6세 유아 300명과 인도네시아의 자카르타에 소재하고 있는 4곳의 유치원에 다니는 만 3-6세 유아 300명, 총 600명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 17.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였으며 유아의 연령과 성별을 중심으로 한국과 인도네시아 유아의 기질의 차이를 알아보기 위해 t 검정과 일원분산분석(ANOVA), 그리고 사후검증 Scheffe를 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 유아의 기질에서 적응성은 두 나라 사이에 차이를 보이지 않았으며 활동성은 한국보다 인도네시아에서 더 높게 나타났으며 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 생리적 규칙성은 한국이 인도네시아 보다 높게 나타났으며 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 유아의 기질에서는 인도네시아의 경우 남아와 여아사이에 차이를 보이지 않고 있으나, 한국의 남아는 적응성과 활동성에서 여아보다 높게 나타났으며 반응성에서는 여아가 남아보다 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 한국의 유아들도 새로운 변화에 적극적으로 대처하거나 독립적으로 자기주도적인 활동을 할 수 있도록 양육할 필요성을 제기하고 있다.
Abstract
This study was designed to investigate the differences of young children's temperaments in the cultural of Korea and Indonesia. The subjects for this study consisted of 3-6 year old children from kindergartens located in Seoul, Korea and Jakarta, Indonesia. This includes 300 children and their parents from four kindergartens in downtown Seoul and another 300 in Indonesia. The statistical analyses related to the proposed problems and the SPSS Win 17.0 Program t-test, ANOVA, and re-verified sheffe were used in testing differences The findings of this study were as follows:First, the adaptability in a young child's temperament had no significant differences between the two countries. The activity of Indonesians was higher than Koreans. There were significant differences between the two countries. The physiological regulation of Koreans was higher than Indonesians. These were also significant differences Second, lets look at a young child temperament, In Indonesia, there's no difference between girls and boys and Korean boys are more adaptability and activity than Korean girls. The reactions of Korean girls are higher than boys. Therefore, as a result, Korean girls and boys should be raised with need of nurture to be adapted to their new surrandings temselves well and to be able to handle in many different kinds of situations actively while being independent
