공급사슬상의 파트너십이 공급사슬통합에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 SCM에 대한 많은 관심 중에서 현재 연구자나 실무자들 모두가 관심을 가지고 있는 부분인 공급사슬 통합과 관리에 영향을 주는 요인에 대하여 살펴보고자 하였다. 그래서 환경불확실성, 파트너십, 정보공유, 정보품질, 공급사슬통합의 관계에 대하여 가설 검증하였다. 특히 파트너십이 공급사슬통합에 직접적 영향과 정보공유 정보품질의 매개역할을 통한 간접 영향에 대하여 분석하였다. 60개 기업에서 설문을 회수하여 SPSS12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 회귀분석을 통해 가설검증한 결과 파트너십이 공급사슬통합에 의미 있는 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라 정보공유와 정보품질이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 공급사슬관리에서 조직간의 비전공유, 신뢰 등을 기반으로 실질적으로 파트너와 얼마나 가치 있는 정보를 교환하고 있는가, 시의적절하고 정확한 정보가 공급사슬전체에 효과적으로 흘러가고 있는가가 공급사슬통합에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 해석할 수 있다.

Abstract

Successful supply chain management requires the integration of the entities in a value chain to create a cooperative and collaborative environment that facilitates information exchange and shared decision-making across value chains. Both effective and ineffective firms in supply chains use their management processes to achieve multiple performance outcomes. The primary differences are in the way they handle environmental uncertainty, nature of partnerships, scope and quality of information flows and supply chain integration. This paper has three specific objectives to study on: (1) the role of environmental uncertainty on partnership, (2) the impact of partnerships on information sharing and information quality within supply chain entities, (3) the impact of information sharing and information quality on supply chain integration.
