본 연구는 실제 복잡한 네트워크의 하나인 항만 네트워크의 복잡한 네트워크 구조의 특성이 무엇을 의미하는 지에 대한 연구이다. 즉 네트워크 구조가 우리에게 무엇을 말해주고 있고, 네트워크 구조가 어떻게 이용될 수 있는지에 대한 연구 중의 하나라 볼 수 있다. 사회 네트워크의 분석 지표인 중심성과 구조적 공백 분석을 통해 항만 네트워크 구조를 파악하였고, 이 지표들이 항만 생산성에 미치는 영향을 회귀분석을 통해 검정하였다. 항만 네트워크의 중심성이 높은 항은 Singapore(SGP)로 나타났고, 생산성이 높은 효율적인 항만은 Singapore(SGP), Hong Kong(HKG), Tanjung Priok(TPK), Yokohama(YKH)로 나타났다. 항만 생산성에 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 네트워크 변수는 근접 중심성 변수가 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
Abstract
This study is to explore which attributes are in port network of complex networks; specifically, what the structure of the network means to us and how it can be used. This paper aims to study port network structure with the social network analysis measures (centrality and structural holes) and test the impact of these measures on port performance with regression. Singapore (SGP) port has the highest centrality, and efficient ports are Singapore (SGP), Hong Kong (HKG), Tanjung Priok (TPK), and Yokohama (YKH). The result of regression shows that closeness centrality has a high effect on port performance.
