반응적 공급사슬에서의 민첩성 역량 선행요인, 민첩성 역량, 공급사슬 성과 간의 관계에 대한 연구 : 대구 경북지역의 전자 및 통신, 전기 산업을 중심으로

초록

본 연구는 반응적 공급사슬을 구성하고 있는 산업의 기업체들을 대상으로 환경 불확실성 상황에 대응하고, 감지-반응 기업의 능력으로서 요구되는 민첩성 역량과 공급사슬 성과에 대한 연구이며, 민첩성 역량 선행요인들과 민첩성 역량 간의 관계 및 민첩성 역량과 공급사슬 성과 간의 관계를 규명하는 것이 연구의 주요한 목적이다. 이들 간의 가설을 수립하고 검정을 시행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 민첩성 역량 선행요인으로 환경 불확실성, 공급사슬지향성, 조직내 특성, 조직간 특성, 정보시스템을 선정하였으며, 민첩성 역량으로 유연성, 반응성, 신속성, 간결성을 선정하였다. 연구가설의 검정결과 민첩성역량 선행요인으로 선정한 환경 불확실성, 공급사슬지향성, 조직간 특성, 정보시스템은 민첩성 역량인 유연성, 반응성, 신속성, 간결성에 대부분 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검정되었다. 민첩성 역량 선행요인들 중 조직간 특성이 민첩성에 가장 높은 영향을 미치며, 다음은 정보시스템 요인으로 검증되었다. 또한 민첩성 역량은 공급사슬 성과로서 재무적 성과, 내부적 성과, 외부적 성과에 대부분 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검정되었으며, 민첩성 역량들 중 공급사슬 성과에 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 것은 신속성과 간결성으로 검증되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 전자 및 통신, 전기 및 기구의 산업에서는 조직간 특성, 정보시스템, 환경 불확실성과 공급사슬지향성의 민첩성 역량 선행요인들을 제고하는 것이 신속성, 간결성, 반응성과 유연성의 민첩성 역량을 제고할 수 있고, 나아가 재무적, 내부적, 외부적 성과로서 공급사슬 성과 역시 제고할 수 있다는 것을 제시하며, 공급사슬 역량 관점에서 이들 요인들 간의 관계를 통합적으로 규명하였다.

Abstract

This study is a study on the agility capacity and supply chain performance required to respond to the environmental uncertainty situation of the enterprises constituting the responsive supply chain and as the ability of the sense - reaction enterprise. Therefore, the main purpose of the study is to clarify the relationship between antecedence factors of agility capacity and agility capacity, and the relationship between agility capacity and supply chain performance. The hypotheses were established and the results were as follows. First, we selected environment uncertainty, supply chain orientation, organizational characteristics, interorganizational characteristics, and information systems as the antecedence factors of agility capacity. Flexibility, responsiveness, promptness, and simplicity were selected as agility capacity. As a result of the hypothesis test, the environmental uncertainty, supply chain orientation, interorganizational characteristics, and information system selected as the antecedence factors of agility capacity were found to have a significant positive influence on flexibility, responsiveness, promptness, and simplicity as agility capacity. Among the antecedence factors of agility capacity, interorganizational characteristics have the greatest influence on agility capacity, the following are information system factors. In addition, agility capacity was found to have a significant positive effect on financial performance, internal performance, and external performance as supply chain performance. Among the agility capacities, the promptness and simplicity influences on supply chain performance were proved to affect supply chain performance. Based on these results, it is necessary to improve the agility capacity factors of interorganizational characteristics, information systems, environmental uncertainty and supply chain orientation in the electronic and communication, electric and instrument industries. It can improve the agility capacity of promptness, simplicity, responsiveness and flexibility. In addition, we show that we can improve supply chain performance as financial, internal, and external performance, and we have integrated the relationship between these factors in terms of supply chain capacity.
