초록

The COVID-19 pandemic and global crises such as the Russia-Ukraine war have greatly increased supply chain risks. In these uncertain and volatile conditions, organizational agility has emerged as a critical capability for ensuring sustainability and competitiveness, as it allows organizations to respond swiftly and effectively to rapid environmental changes. While existing studies have primarily focused on the components of supply chain agility and the role of inter-organizational relationships, relatively little attention has been given to the impact of internal organizational factors. Addressing this gap, this study investigates how relational and task-environmental factors within the Air Force influence collaboration, utilizing the Resource-Based Theory (RBT) framework. A survey conducted with key logistics and transportation practitioners under the Air Force Logistics Command was analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings reveal that relational factors, such as relational commitment and relational understanding, and task-environmental factors, such as information sharing and facilitating conditions, positively impact collaboration among members. Furthermore, collaboration was found to have a significant and positive effect on organizational agility. These results suggest that improving internal relationships and task environments strengthens collaboration, ultimately enhancing agility. This contributes to greater stability and responsiveness in rapidly changing crisis situations. In conclusion, strategically reinforcing relational and task-environmental factors is essential for enhancing the Air Force supply chain’s collaborative capabilities and operational efficiency, improving its resilience and adaptability to global disruptions.
