초록

Supply Chain participants want to share demand information with each other to eliminate uncertainty in demand and minimize inventories. Considering the recent global supply shortage caused by COVID-19 and the Russia-Ukraine war, it was confirmed that the policy to minimize inventory through demand information sharing caused a structure vulnerable to external shocks. In this study, two model were constructed to share demand information of the division using system dynamics simulation for the supply chain of military uniforms leading to the Logistics Command, Logistics Support Commnad(Brigade), and Division. Through the two models, the combat uniform supply chain was converted from peacetime to wartime, and the effect of demand shock was measured. The amount of impact assumed a rapid increase in demand when declaring a wartime mobilization order. As a result of the study, demand information sharing reduced inventory in the supply chain, which was efficient in peacetime, but had a negative effect on reducing resilience by about 16.7% in the event of a wartime situation. As a result of conducting a causal analysis to search for ways to improve the resilience of the information sharing model, it was confirmed that the decrease in CWT of supply chain participants could improve the resilience. This study is meaningful in that it is a study that systematically suggested measures and countermeasures for information sharing through simulations in the supply chain of wartime combat uniforms that were not previously presented. In addition, it is expected that it will be used as a reference data for the supplementation and development of information sharing policies in the supply chain and inventory policies considering crisis situations not only in the military but also in government agencies and companies.
