대덕R&D특구 Inno-Biz의 생태환경 경쟁력 분석: 서울디지털단지와의 비교를 중심으로

본 연구에서는 대덕R&D특구 내 이노비즈의 생태환경과 공급가치사슬을 살펴보고,서울디지털단 지와의 생태환경여건을 비교분석하고 있다.생태환경 비교를 위해 ADM모형을 활용하여 대덕R&D특구 내 이노비즈(Inno-Biz)의 경쟁력을 분석하였다.그러므로 본 연구는 대덕R&D특구내 이노비즈의 문제점 을 지적하고 생태환경 경쟁력 향상을 위하여 새로운 성장전략을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다.ADM 경쟁력 비교분석 결과,대덕R&D특구는 경쟁관계에 있는 서울디지털산업단지 클러스터와 비교할 때 경쟁력 면 에서 크게 뒤처져 있는 것으로 조사되었다.따라서 대덕R&D특구 내 이노비즈가 생존하고 번성하기 위해 서는 무엇보다도 하드웨어적 관점에서 대덕R&D특구의 발전전략이 강구되어야 할 것이며,한편으로는 소프트웨어적 관점에서 대덕R&D특구 이노비즈의 성장모델이 제시되어야 할 것으로 분석되었다.연구개 발특구 이노비즈의 성장전략으로 본고에서는 이노비즈 생태계 조성전략과 가치사슬 확대특화전략,연구 소기업 활성화전략을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study investigates ecological environment and supply value chain of Inno-Biz in Daedeok Innopolis and analyzes ecological environments of Daedeok R&D special zone in comparison with Seoul Digital Industrial District. In order to analyze the competitiveness of ecological environment, a Applied Diamond Model is used. Also this paper aims to point out problems of ecological environment of Inno-Biz in Daedeok Innopolis and to suggest a development strategy for improvement of ecological environment competitiveness. In conclusion, a Inno-Biz ecosystem development strategy, a expansionary specialization strategy of value chain and laboratory-company revitalization strategy are suggested as new growth strategies of the Inno-Biz in Daedeok Innopolis.
