Abstract
Consumers would prefer less risky options to more risky in marketing premium events. This tendency implies consumers' loss aversion. By the way, more risky, more dynamic, and so more interesting commitment to the event. This research meditated the optimal level between negative uncertainty and positive risk. Planning fallacy that overestimates their ability and fortune may stimulate consumers' risk-taking tendency. They would believe their own ardor and willpower. Ex. 1 said the low provability and low award option was preferred to high provability and high award in control condition, in the other hand, vice versa in planning fallacy condition. Ex. 2 explored the high risky option had been preferred to less risky. Deleting focalism of planning fallacy, consumers did not prefer high risky option. Ex. 3 guaranteed robustness of risk-taking through planning fallacy in spite of very big outcome and high involvement condition. Concludingly, this study suggested aversion of loss aversion in context of online premium events.
