정부간 관계(政府間 關係)와 정부간 갈등(政府間 葛藤)에 대한 이론적 고찰

Abstract

It has been about ten years since local autonomy system started. The local autonomy system has, however, signified a political symbol of civil victory over absolute authority. Rather, it now needs to be viewed through the conceptual lens of Intergovernmental Relations, which is commonly used in the developed countries, especially in the United States. A local autonomy system should center around the fiscal policy.
