본 연구는 u-러닝 연구학교가 효과성 측면에서 교육목표를 얼마나 달성하고 있는지 이에 대한 평가지표를 제시하고 있다. 선행 연구 분석을 통해 개념적 틀을 수립하고 연구학교의 특성을 파악함으로써 효과성 측정 지표에 포함되어야 할 요소들을 도출하였다. 개발된 효과성 지표는 전문가 협의회를 통해 타당도를 검증하였고, 평가지표의 현장적합성 검증을 위해 10개 연구학교 교사를 대상으로 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 확정된 지표를 바탕으로 효과성 측정 도구를 개발하였고, 교사, 학생, 학부모, 학교장 대상의 설문지가 각각 개발되었다. 이의 현장적합성 검토 및 개선을 위해 10개 연구학교를 대상으로 효과성 측정 평가를 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 u-러닝 연구학교 효과성 지표는 ‘인프라(물리적 환경, 교육목표, 실천전략, 연수)’, ‘교수-학습 전략 (목표 부합성, 지원체제)’, ‘학습력과 조직문화 (학습자 능력과 만족도, 조직역량과 문화)’의 세 가지로 범주화 되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop indicators to measure u-learning experimental schools' effectiveness. First, initial indicators were developed based on literature review and analysis of the present conditions of u-learning experimental schools. Then expert review and focus group interview were followed to validate initial indicators. Next, surveys(students, teachers, parents, and administrators) were conducted to determine on 1) whether each indicator is mandatory or optional, 2) how important each indicator is, considering individual schools' context. As a result, final indicators were categorized as ‘infrastructure (i.e., educational context, educational goal, action plan, and training)’, ‘teaching-learning strategy (i.e., consistency with educational goal and support system)’, and ‘learning ability and organizational culture (i.e., learning ability and students' satisfaction; and organizational competency and culture)’. Indicators should focus on evaluating how u-learning experimental schools improved their educational goal, not merely testing how effective u-learning practice itself is.
