일본 도시재생사업에서 지역의 관리ㆍ운영 체계에 관한 연구

Abstract

purpose of this study is to focus on area management system in urban regeneration projects in Japan and to acquire the basic knowledge and implications for active deployment from now on as one strategy for performing sustainable development in Korea. Recently, mature urban planning can be considered from two important points of view, which are not only seeing from the developmental view based on hardware, but seeing from the management view of the software which utilizes the various regional potential energy. This study analyzed the promotion organizations, activities, role assignment and financing of area management in three urban regeneration projects(MM21, Siodome, Roppongi) in Japan. The implications of this study are as follows; Firstly, the area management has been conducing not only physical development but various management activities cooperatively in order to heighten the possibility of sustainable urban regeneration. Secondly, public private partnership has been carrying out not only physical development but the area management cooperatively in order to heighten the charm and competitiveness of urban regeneration projects. Thirdly, it is possible to attain the regional invigoration by area management organizations for various locally-owned entities to solve the problems which have taken place in the specific area according to the situation. And finally, the problem of area management is the development of institutions and financial resources of its organizations for sustainable area management activities.
