본 연구의 목적은 경북에 위치한 A대학교의 사례를 중심으로, 대학교육의 질관리를 위해 교수지원 프로그램 평가도구를 CIPP 평가모형에 기반하여 고도화하는 것이다. 이를 위해 A대학교에서 기존에 활용하고 있는 교수지원 프로그램에 대한 분석 및 CIPP 평가모형에 대한 문헌 연구를 진행하였다. 그결과 CIPP 평가모형에서 제시하는 평가영역별로 구성된 교수지원 프로그램 평가도구 시안을 구성하였다. 이후 델파이조사의 참여 전문가 패널은 내부 3인, 외부 10인으로 구성하여 총 3회의 델파이조사를진행하였다. 각 회차별 기술통계 분석, 안정도(CV), 수렴도(Convergence), 합의도(Consensus), 내용타당도비율(CVR)을 산출하여 정성평가와 함께 내부 전문가 협의 과정을 거쳤다. 이러한 과정을 거쳐 최종 4 개 상위 평가 영역, 8개 하위 평가 영역, 전체 48개 평가 문항으로 교수지원 프로그램 평가도구(안)를확정하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 교수지원 프로그램 평가도구는 기존 평가도구에서 이론적 토대를 보완하고 프로그램 진행의 전 과정을 총체적으로 평가할 수 있는 CIPP 평가모형에 근거하였다는 점에서의의가 있으며 이후 교수지원 프로그램 평가도구 활용 및 환류 차원의 방향성 설정에도 실제 상황과맥락을 반영한 도구로서 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to enhance the assessment tools for faculty development programs, based on the CIPP evaluation model, to improve the quality assurance of higher education, focusing on a case study of A University located in Gyeongsangbuk-do. To achieve this, an analysis of the existing faculty development programs at A University and a literature review on the CIPP evaluation model were conducted. As a result, a preliminary draft of an assessment tool was developed, structured according to the evaluation domains outlined by the CIPP model. After that, the panel of experts participating in the Delphi survey consisted of 3 internal and 10 external members, and a total of 3 Delphi surveys were conducted. Descriptive statistics analysis for each session, stability(CV), convergence, consensus, and content validity ratio(CVR) were calculated, and they went through a qualitative evaluation and internal expert consultation process. Through this process, the assessment tools(draft) for the faculty development program was confirmed with the final 4 upper evaluation indicators, 8 lower evaluation sections, and a total of 48 evaluation questions. The faculty development program assessment tools developed in this study is significant in that it is based on the CIPP evaluation model that can supplement the theoretical foundation of the existing assessment tools and evaluate the entire process of the program.
