한강공원 복합문화시설에 대한 태도 및 신념이 경제적 가치에 미치는 영향 - 조건부가치측정법 적용사례를 중심으로 -

초록

이 연구는 비시장재화의 성격을 가진 공공투자사업의 경제적 가치를 추정하기 위해 사용되는 조건부가치측정법을 활용하여 한강공원 복합문화시설의 경제적 가치를 제시하였다. 또한, 설문조사 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 표본 쏠림이 발생할 경우, 설문조사 결과는 특정 성향을 가진 그룹의 지불의사액이 될 수 있기 때문에 응답자의 태도와 신념에 따른 지불의사액 변동성을 추가로 제시하였다. 실증분석 결과, 표본의 지불의사액은 7,500~7,900원으로 확인됐다. 주변 환경에 대한 만족 수준과 건립사업 지지 및 이용 가능성이 높은 그룹은 지불의사액이 9,100~10,380원으로 도출되었다. 따라서 이 연구결과는 응답자의 대상 재화 선호도에 따라 지불의사액이 달라질 수 있기 때문에 시설 만족도를 높일 수 있는 근거로 활용해 볼 필요가 있다.

Abstract

This study demonstrates economic valuation for complex cultural facilities of Han river by contingent valuation method(CVM) which is a survey based approach to value the potential effects of a policy change when market-based valuation of those effects is not possible. When is cause the sampling bias in the process of survey, this study supplementally investigates the effect of attitude and beliefs on WTP since these results of survey based CVM present respondents’ willingness to pay(WTP) of a specific group. The empirical analysis exhibited that the mean of WTP from the general sample is 7500won. The WTP of respondents have a higher satisfaction regarding to environment, strong preference about the support and use of this facility, ranges from 9,100 to 10,380won. Thus these results of this study may need to be used as a basis to improve facility satisfaction because willingness to pay will vary with the respondent’s preference for the target goods.
