본 연구의 목적은 창업을 위한 시장이 확대되고 정부의 지원이 증가하고 있는 시점에서 미래 잠재적 전문 경영인인 대학생들의 창업에 대한 의지에 미치는 요소들에 대해 고찰하고자 하였다. 첫째, 대학교육요소(창업교육, 모의투자대회개최)가 학생들의 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 둘째, 대학교육요소가 학생들의 학습태도에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 셋째, 대학교육요소가 학생들의 자존감에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학교육요소(창업교육, 모의투자대회개최)에 따라, 대학생들의 창업의지에 차이가 있다는 점이다. 둘째, 대학교육요소에 따라, 대학생들의 학습태도에 차이가 있다는 점이다. 마지막으로, 대학교육요소에 따라, 대학생들의 자존감에 차이가 있다는 점이다. 본 연구의 시사점은, 대학교육요소(창업교육, 모의투자대회개최)가 학생들의 창업의지, 학습태도, 자존감에 영향을 미친다는 것을 다각적으로 밝혀냈다는 점이다. 따라서, 대학의 교육방법이, 학생들에게 창업동기부여와 창업의지를 높이는 효과 그리고 창업인재의 발굴과 대학생에 게 맞는 창업모델을 제시할 수 있어대학별로 차별화된 대학의 창업문화가 활성화되어야 한다는 측면에서 학문적이고 실무적인 시사점을 얻을수 있었다
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of teaching style on entrepreneurialintention of undergraduate. And this study was to analyze the influence of teaching style on studyattitude of undergraduate. Additionally, this study was to analyze the influence of teaching style onself-esteem of undergraduate. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, entrepreneurial intention ofundergraduate showed a statistically significant difference based on teaching style. Secondly, studyattitude of undergraduate showed a statistically significant difference based on teaching style. Lastly, Secondly, self-esteem of undergraduate showed a statistically significant difference based onteaching style.
