Kim, E.Y. Effects of anaerobic power in warm-up revolutions per minute on WAnT. Exercise Science. 17(1): 77-84, 2008. The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of anaerobic power in warm-up revolutions per minute with 50rpm and 60rpm in WAnT. Fourteen health male who is registered with the physical education, participated in four tests for two weeks to measure WAnT. On each day, the test lasted for 30 seconds as a workload of 0.7%(4.41J). The result of 60rpm(p<.05) showed significantly higher rate in minimum power and max speed when 50rpm and 60rpm were compared. but there was not significantly in peak power, mean power and FI between 50rpm and 60rpm. Results of power curve values 60rpm showed significantly higher rate than 60rpm at 1-3 second phase when 50rpm and 60rpm were compared. Cadance of pedaring rate 60rpm showed significantly higher rate than 50rpm at 2-18 second duration when 50rpm and 60rpm were compared. Therefore, we can conclude that wam-up pedaring rate which is used in WAnT, makes difference in anaerobic capacity and energy contribution, and it also has an effect on alteration of power curve.* 이 논문은 2007년도 호서대학교의 재원으로 학술연구비 지원을 받아 수행된 연구임(20070072).
