글쓰기에서 드러난 대학생들의 반전의식과 교육적 방안

본 연구의 목적은 반전의식에 대한 대학생들의 글을 통해 대학생들의 전쟁, 반전, 통일에 대한 인식을 분석하고반전의식에 대한 공감을 확산 시킬 수 있는 교육의 원리와 내용을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 사회적 거리감 이론을적용하여 ‘전쟁에 관한 인식’, ‘반전의식 수용 양상’, ‘반전 주체’를 분석의 틀로 사용하였다. 분석 결과 대학생들은전쟁에 대해 ‘나’의 문제로 공감하거나 ‘우리’의 문제로 인식하기보다는 범국가적인 문제로 자신과 거리감을 두고감성보다는 이성적으로 접근하는 양상을 보였다. 반전의식 수용 양상에 있어서 대부분의 학습자들은 전쟁으로 인한경제적 피해를 근거로 전쟁은 절대 일어나서는 안 된다는 완전수용적 입장, 자국의 안정을 위협하는 예외적 상황을제외하고 전쟁을 부분수용 하는 입장을 보였다. 반전 주체 관련해서 대다수의 학생들은 전쟁을 막고 평화를 유지해야하는 주체를 ‘국가’로 상정하고 있었다. 대학생들에게 반전의식은 세계 평화를 위해 전쟁에 반대하는 일반적인 논의일뿐 ‘나’와 직접적 관련성이 있는 가까운 사회적 거리로 인식되지 못하였다. 또한 학생들 글의 대다수가 반전 논의에대한 귀결점을 우리나라의 통일 문제로까지 확산시키지 못하고 있었다. 반전의식과 관련된 논의를 보다 다각적 시각에서바라보고 우리나라가 직면한 문제와 연계시켜 생각할 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 반전의식에 대한 공감 확산 교육이필요하다. 이에 대한 원리로 본고에서는 ‘내적 의사소통을 통한 반전의식에 관한 자신의 입장 확립’, ‘타인의 반전의식에관련 견해에 대한 존중과 이해’, ‘감성적 상호작용을 통한 반전의식에 대한 공감의 확산’을 제시하였다. 이와 더불어대학 글쓰기 교육에서 활용할 수 있는 구체적인 교육 내용을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The study analyzed the contents of the article on the consciousness of anti-war among university students and analyzed their perceptions of war, unification and presented the principles of education for empathy-diffusion about antiwar consciousness. Based on social distance theory, perception of war, anti-war acceptance patterns, and anti-war subjects were used as the framework for analysis. According to the analysis, university students seem to have a rational approach to war, not a problem of ‘I’ or a problem of ‘us’, In terms of anti-war acceptance, most students have found that based on the economic damage caused by the war, they are completely receptive to war, and partially accepting it except for exceptional situations that threaten the stability of their country. As for the anti-war subject, the majority of the students assumed that it was a 'state' who had to prevent war and maintain peace. For university students, the anti-war sentiment was not recognized as a close social street directly related to 'I' as a general argument against war for the sake of world peace. Also, the majority of the students' writings have failed to extend the culmination of the anti-war debate to the issue of the nation's reunification. Education is needed to spread the consensus on the idea of a anti-war in order to see the discussion related to it from a more diverse perspective and to link it to the problems facing the nation. In this principle, the school presented the principle of anti-war education by establishing its own position on anti-war consciousness through internal communication, respecting and understanding of the other's views on anti-war consciousness, and spreading the consensus on anti-corruption consciousness through emotional interaction.
