가족센터 상호문화 실천 프로그램 요구에 대한 탐색적 연구: CQR-M을 중심으로

이 연구는 가족센터 기관운영자들의 경험을 바탕으로 상호문화 실천 프로그램에 대한 요구에 대해 탐색하고 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 가족센터 기관운영자 113명을 대상으로 반구조화개방형 온라인 설문지를 활용하여 조사한 후, 합의적 질적 연구방법(CQR-M)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 가족센터 기관운영자들의 기관사용자를 위한 상호문화 실천 프로그램에 대한 요구는 네 가지 영역, 12개 하위 영역, 51개범주가 도출되었다. 프로그램의 필요성 부분에서 네 가지 영역인 인권교육, 문화교육, 상호문화 소통, 복지영역에서모두 80%이상 필요한 프로그램이라고 응답하였다. 그중에서 상호문화 소통영역에서 가장 많은 응답자들이 필요한영역이라고 반응했다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 인권교육 영역에서는 기관운영자와 기관사용자 모두에게 다문화 인권교육의 의무화 실시와 인권 감수성 교육의 필요성, 문화교육 영역에서는 공통의 가치를 창조하기 위한 문화교육 프로그램의 필요성, 상호문화 소통 프로그램 영역에서는 상호 협력을 통한 상호문화 실천의 장을 구상하는 프로그램을 제언하였다. 복지영역 프로그램에서는 개개의 프로그램보다 공유 영역을 찾아 확대하는 통합적 접근의 필요성도 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study sought to explore the need for intercultural practice programs and present basic data for the development of educational programs based on the practical experiences of family center operators. A total of 113 family center operators were surveyed using an open, semi-structured online questionnaire and analyzed using the consensual qualitative research method (CQR-M). The demand for an intercultural practice program for institutional users was derived from 51 categories in 12 sub-areas in four areas among family center operators. In terms of program necessity, more than 80% responded that the program was necessary in all four areas: human rights education, cultural education, intercultural communication, and welfare. Most respondents stated that the area of intercultural communication was the most important. The analysis results showed that, first, in the area of human rights education, there is a need for mandatory multicultural human rights education and human rights sensitivity education for both institutional operators and users. Second, cultural education programs are needed to create common values. Third, a venue for intercultural practice through mutual cooperation should be designed. Finally, regarding welfare programs, there is a need for an integrated approach that seeks and expands shared areas rather than individual programs.
