대학설립ㆍ운영주체에 의한 교사시설의 면적특성

Abstract

This paper considered 1) the situation and the distribution of the school building facilities area in the university campus, 2) the relation between the number of student and the floor area of the school buiding facility, 3) the distribution situation of the school building standard area by campus classified into the national & public university and the private university.Data were collected from 224 universities campus of 180 4year colleges.The results are as follows:1) The maintenance situation of the school building facilities is different by the subject of the university foundation & administration, that is, considering the relation between the size and the distribution ratio of the floor area in the school building, the research facilities are maintenanced faithfully in the national & public universities ,whearas the attached facilities are maintenanced faithfully in the private school.2) As the relation between the number of student and the floor area of the school building facilities is considered by simple linear regression analysis, the floor area of the school building facilities increases at the rate of 18.25㎡ per student in the national & public university campus and 17.32㎡ per student in the private university campus.3) The total mean fidelity of campus studied, is about 78.65%, therefore a large insufficient floor area should be supplemented from now on and there is a great disparity between the private university campuses.
