대학 교사의 면적기준에 관한 조사연구

본 연구는 전국의 4년제 180개 대학 224개 캠퍼스를 대상으로 교사의 현황 및 면적기준에 관하여 고찰한 것이다. 각 교사의 면적규모는 교육기본시설, 부속시설, 지원시설, 연구시설 순으로 크며, 면적분포는 특이값의 존재로 넓게 확산되어 있다. 회귀직선에 의한 분석 결과, 학생 1명이 증가 할 때마다 교육기본시설면적은 8.55㎡, 지원시설면적은 3.39㎡의 비율로 증가 한다. 그러나 연구시설과 부속시설은 학생수가 큰 영향을 미치지 못하고 있다. 또한「대학설립·운영규정」에 의한 교사기준시설은 학생수가 1명 증가 할 때마다 11.73㎡증가하고 있다. 면적기준에 의한 충실도는 99개 캠퍼스(44.2%)가 충실도 79%미만에, 66개 캠퍼스(29.5%)가 충실도 79%~100%에, 59개 캠퍼스(26.3%)가 충실도 100%이상에 분포되어 있다. 또한 주성분분석에 의한 교사와 충실도와의 관계를 파악한 결과, 특히 교육기본시설면적과 지원시설면적 구성비가 큰 캠퍼스에서 충실도가 79%미만인 경우가 많이 존재한다.
Abstract
This paper considered the floor area characteristics of the school building standard area. Data of the year 2003 on the floor area of the school building facilities and the number of students were used in this study, which were collected from 224 university campuses of 180 four-year colleges. Most of the university campuses do not satisfy the requirement of having the standard area and the situation of the school builiding standard area is varied by the university campus characteristics. The total mean fidelity of campus studied, is about 79%, therefore the insufficient floor area should be supplemented from now on. The fidelity is low especially in Integration type, Mixed type, Science and Engineering type campus, General university, and Main campus. As the relation between the number of student and the floor area of the school building facilities is considered by simple linear regression analysis, the floor area of the school building facilities increases at the rate of 11.73㎡ per student. According to the principal component analysis for grasping the floor area characteristics of the school building facilities, 3 component and 4 component are connected with the standard area.
