시대의 변화에 따라 교육방법이 디지털화되고 있으며 성인중기 대학생은 온라인수업 등의 디지털화되는 교육에적응해 나가야 한다. 이에 성인중기 대학생의 개인적 성격요인인 자기효능감이 디지털역량에 따른 학습몰입에 영향을줄 것이라고 보았다. 본 연구에서는 성인중기 대학생을 대상으로 디지털역량과 학습몰입과의 관계에서 개인성격요인인 자기효능감의 매개효과를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 경북 소재의 S대학에서재학 중인 성인중기(40~65세)대학생을 대상으로 실시하였다. 설문지에 개인특성변수와 디지털역량, 자기효능감, 학습몰입 등의 주요변수로 구성된 설문지를 2023년 12월에 2주간 305부를 배포하여 그 중 278개를 분석에 활용하였다. 매개효과 검증을 위하여 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 절차에 따라 위계적 회귀분석과 부트스트래핑을 실시하였으며, 분석을통해 도출한 결과는 다음과 같다. 분석결과, 첫째, 디지털역량은 학습몰입에 정적 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 디지털역량과학습몰입과의 관계에서 자기효능감은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 논의 및시사점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
As the times change, educational methods are becoming digitaliSed, and adult college students must adapt to digitaliSed education such as online classes. Accordingly, it was found that self-efficacy, a personal personality factor of adult college students, would affect learning immersion according to digital competence. In this study, we empirically verified the mediating effect of self-efficacy, a personal personality factor, in the relationship between digital competence and learning immersion targeting middle-aged college students. To achieve the research purpose, we conducted a survey targeting middle-aged college students (40-65 years old) attending S University in Gyungbuk. A questionnaire consisting of major variables such as personal characteristic variables, digital competence, self-efficacy, and learning immersion was distributed in 305 copies for two weeks in December 2023, and 278 of them were used for analysis. In order to verify the mediating effect, hierarchical regression analysis and bootstrapping were performed according to the procedure of Baron and Kenny (1986), and the results derived from the analysis are as follows. As a result of the analysis, first, digital competence had a positive effect on learning immersion. Second, self-efficacy was found to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between digital competence and learning immersion. Based on the above analysis results, discussions and implications were presented.
