청소년의 분노표현방식에 대한 기본심리욕구 및 자기통제력과 어머니의 심리적 통제의 인과적 영향

초록

본 연구는 어머니의 심리적 통제, 초기 청소년의 기본심리욕구 및 자기통제력과 분노표현방식 간의 관련성을 알아보고, 어머니의 심리적 통제와 초기 청소년의 분노표현방식 간의 관계에서 기본심리욕구 및 자기통제력의 매개효과를 밝히는 데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 대상은 중학교에 재학 중인 1, 2, 3학년 381명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램 및 PROCESS Macro 3.5 프로그램을 통해 분석되었다. 첫째, 어머니의 심리적 통제는 기능적 분노표현방식과 부적 상관을 보였으며 역기능적 분노표현방식과 정적 상관을 보였다. 또한 기본심리욕구와 자기통제력은 기능적 분노표현방식과 정적 상관을 보였으며 역기능적 분노표현방식과 부적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 어머니의 심리적 통제가 초기 청소년의 기능적 분노표현방식에 미치는 직접적인 영향은 유의하지 않았으며, 어머니의 심리적 통제가 초기 청소년의 기본심리욕구와 자기통제력을 매개로 기능적 분노표현방식에 미치는 간접적 영향은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 어머니의 심리적 통제가 초기 청소년의 역기능적 분노표현방식에 미치는 직접적 영향과 기본심리욕구와 자기통제력을 매개로 역기능적 분노표현방식에 미치는 간접적 영향은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해, 초기 청소년의 기능적 분노표현방식 향상 및 역기능적 분노표현방식 감소는 어머니의 심리적 통제를 지양함으로써 초기 청소년의 기본심리욕구와 자기통제력의 변화로 인해 이루어질 수 있음을 밝혔다. 또한 어머니의 심리적 통제는 초기 청소년의 역기능적 분노표현방식에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 부정적 요인임을 밝혔다. 본 연구는 초기 청소년의 분노표현방식에 대한 어머니의 심리적 통제와 초기 청소년의 개인 내적 요인의 인과적 과정을 밝힘으로써 초기 청소년의 분노표현방식을 이해하고 지도하기 위한 어머니 교육 프로그램 및 상담의 방향 제시에 도움이 되는 기초자료를 마련할 수 있을 것이다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effects of basic psychological needs and self-control on the relationship between mother's psychological control and early adolescents' anger expression. The subjects of this study were 381 students in the first, second and third grade in middle school. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS 25.0 program and PROCESS Macro 3.5 program. The results of this study were as follows: the direct effect of mother's psychological control on the functional anger expression of early adolescents was not significant, and the indirect effect of mother's psychological control on the functional anger expression through the medium of basic psychological needs and self-control of early adolescents was significant. In addition, the mother's psychological control had a direct effect on the dysfunctional anger expression of early adolescents, and an indirect effect on dysfunctional anger expression through the medium of basic psychological needs and self-control. It will be possible to provide basic data to help the mother education program and the direction of counseling to understand and guide the anger expression of early adolescents.
