그동안 우리나라에서 마르크스의 이론에 대해 정치학, 경제학, 사회학 측면에서 조명한 논문이나 연구물은 많이 있었다. 그러한 방향의 연구 성과는 괄목할 만하다고 평가할 수 있다. 그러나 마르크스의 생태학 분야의 연구는 그리 많이 이루어지지 않았다. 소련의 스탈린 체제하에서 의도적으로 마르크스의 생태학 연구를 하지 않았으며, 마르크스주의 연구자들도 생태학 분야의 연구를 심도 있게 하지 않았다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 그동안 많이 이루어졌던 마르크스 유물론의 비판에 있지 않다. 유물론에서의 인간관, 자연관은 무엇이며, 마르크스의 유물론이 생태학적 사고와 어떤 연관성이 있는 지를 규명하고자 하는 것이다. 그런 탐색을 토대로 마르크스의 생태학적 사유의 특징과 시사점이 무엇인지와 함께 그것의 문제와 한계를 밝혀 보는데 본고의 목적이 있다.
Abstract
The object of this paper is not on critique of Marx's materialism. It is to examine closely a view of human and nature of Marx's materialism. And then it is to look into the relationship between Marx's materialism and ecological thinking system. On the basis of this inquiry, this paper is to make clear on Marx's ecological thinking system and to study the problem of it from all angels.
