교육 분야에서 다산 사상에 대한 연구 동향 분석 및 학교 도덕교육에의 적용 방안 탐색
An Analysis of Research Trends on Dasan’s Educational Thought in the Field of Education and Exploration of Its Applications in School Moral Education

본 연구의 목적은 1990년~2024년에 교육 분야에서 연구된 다산 사상 관련 연구물의 동향을 검토하고, 학교 도덕교육의 관점에서 다산 사상이 활용될 수 있는 방안에 대하여 고찰하는 것이다. 교육 분야를 크게 일반교육학과 교과교육으로서 도덕교육의 두 영역으로 나누었고, 일반교육학 영역을 다산 공부론과 소학 및 문자교육, 가정 및 제자교육, 교육학적 의의 분석 연구로 나누어 각 동향을 살펴보았다. 그리고교과교육으로서 도덕교육 영역을 다산 사상 분석을 통해 도덕교육적 의의를 도출한연구, 도덕과 교육과정 및 교과서 속 다산 사상에 대한 분석 연구, 도덕 수업 적용관련 연구로 나누어 살펴보고, 각 연구의 흐름에서 나타나는 특징을 제시하였다. 연구 동향을 기초로, 학교 도덕교육에서 다산 사상의 적용 방안으로 관계적 도덕원리이자 방법인 서(恕)의 교육적 활용, 다산의 민본적 이념이 담긴 텍스트 활용, 다산의 생애사적 맥락에 대한 내러티브적 접근이라는 세 방식을 시론적 차원에서 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to review the research trends on Dasan Jeong Yak-yong's thought in the field of education from 1990 to 2024 and to explore ways in which Dasan's ideas can be applied in school moral education. The field of education was broadly divided into two areas: general pedagogy and moral education as a subject education. Within the general pedagogy domain, research trends were examined in areas such as Dasan’s theory of learning, So-hak and literacy education, family and disciple education, and analyses of educational significance. And as a subject of education, the field of moral education was divided into studies that derived the significance of moral education through Dasan's thought, studies that analyzed Dasan's thought in moral education curriculum and textbooks, and studies related to the application of moral classes. The study then identified the distinct characteristics that emerged in each line of research. Based on these research trends, the study presents three exploratory approaches for applying Dasan’s thought into school moral education: utilizing seo as a relational moral principle and pedagogical method; utilizing texts that embody Dasan’s minbon (people-centered) philosophy; and adopting a narrative approach to his biographical and historical context.
