소기업, 중기업, 대기업 근로자의 워라밸 결정요인 비교분석

정부와 기업의 워라밸 정책은 공공기관･대기업 근로자들이 활발하게 사용하고 있는 반면, 중소기업근로자의 상당수는 정책의 혜택을 받을 수 없는 환경에 놓여있다. 이 같이 워라밸의 양극화가 심화되는 상황에서, 본 연구는 중소기업근로자의 복지향상을 위한 정책대안을 제시하고자 소기업, 중기업, 대기업 근로자의 워라밸 결정요인 비교분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 중소기업근로자와 대기업근로자의 결정요인의 차이가 존재했다. 소기업근로자는 양육어린이 수, 유연근무제, 교육프로그램, 여가, 위험환경 등에 따라, 중기업근로자는 양육어린이 수, 위험환경, 고용형태 등에 따라 워라밸이 변하였다. 반면 대기업근로자의 워라밸은 위와 같은 변수에 변화하지 않았다. 이는 중소기업 근로자의 워라밸을 위한 별도의 정책마련이 필요함을 시사한다.
Abstract
This study conducted comparative analysis on the determinants of WLB among workers in small, medium, and large sized enterprises to present policy alternatives for the vulnerable people of WLB. The results are as follows. There are differences in determinants of WLB between employees of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) and employees of conglomerates. WLB of employees in small companies is changed by the number of children, dangerous environment, frequency of leisure activities, and training experiences provided by their company etc. WLB of the medium company worker is changed by he number of children, dangerous environment, and temporary position etc. On the other hand, WLB of the conglomerate employee is not changed by the above variables. This results suggests that exceptional policies are needed for WLB of employees in SMEs.
