기본소득 관련 국내 학술문헌 연구동향 분석: 2017~2022년 키워드를 중심으로

초록

본고는 기본소득한국네트워크에서 발행하는 “기본소득 관련 최신문헌 목록”을 이용하여 2017년부터 2022년까지 축적된 메타데이터 내 핵심 키워드를 활용한 국내 기본소득 관련 학술문헌 키워드 분석을 수행하였다. 첫째로는 전체 시기(2017~2022) 네트워크 분석을 수행하였으며, 둘째로는 코로나 시기 전(2017~2019)과 후(2020~2022)의 두 시기로 나누어 코로나 전/후 연구 방향의 차이점을 발견하였다. 세 번째로는 네트워크 지도와 키워드 출현빈도를 활용하여 연도별 키워드 동향분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 전반적으로 관심을 가진 주제는 4차산업혁명, 노동, 코로나와 관련한 연구인 것으로 나타났다. 코로나 전/후로는 코로나의 발생으로 인하여 코로나 이전 시기에는 등장하지 않았던 새로운 키워드들이 생겨나거나, 국가, 정책, 정치의 중요성이 부각되면서 이전 시기보다는 더 명료한 형태로 세분화하여 군집이 형성되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 2020년에 다방면으로 기본소득에 대한 관심이 증가한 것을 알 수 있으며, 2022년을 기점으로 그 전 시기 인기 키워드 다수가 순위권 밖으로 밀려나고 새로운 키워드가 상위에 등장하는 등 전 시기와는 다른 양상을 보여 근래에 기본소득 연구의 변화가 일어나고 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 마지막으로는 분석 결과에 대한 함의를 도출하고 연구의 한계를 제시하며 후속연구의 방향을 제안하였다.

Abstract

Using “The Latest Literature List on Basic Income,” published by the Basic Income Korean Network, this study performed a keyword analysis of domestic academic literature related to basic income accumulated from 2017 to 2022, utilizing core keywords in the metadata. The results showed that the overall topics of interest were the Fourth Industrial Revolution, labor, and COVID-19. It was found that new keywords emerged due to the occurrence of COVID-19, and cluster formation became clearer after COVID-19, reflecting the increased importance of the nation, policies, and politics. It was also discovered that interest in basic income increased in various fields in 2020 and that there has been a change in basic income research in recent years, as many popular keywords from the previous period have fallen out of the rankings and new keywords have surfaced since 2022. Finally, the implications of the analysis results are presented, as are the limitations of the study and possible directions for future research.
