본 연구의 목적은 한국 수출기업의 공급사슬관리의 지수를 개발하고 업종별 공급사슬관리 수준의 차이를 확인하는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구는 선행연구를 통해 측정변수를 개발하였고 한국 수출기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 111부의 자료를 확보하였다. 확보된 자료는 신뢰성 및 타당성을 확인하였고 이에 따라 다변량 분산분석을 통해 업종별 공급사슬관리 수준의 차이를 확인하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관리자들은 기업의 공급사슬관리 지수를 확인할 필요성이 있다. 현재 그들의 공급사슬관리 지수를 확인하는 것은 한국 수출기업의 전체 평균과 기업의 평균을 비교할 수 있는 근거가 되고 또한 업종별 공급사슬관리 지수와 기업의 공급사슬관리 지수를 비교할 수 있는 근거가 된다. 둘째, 한국 수출기업의 관리자들은 공급사슬관리의 지수를 통해 국제경영전략을 구축할 필요성이 있다. 현재 우리나라의 수출기업들은 수출뿐만 아니라 해외생산, 한국에서 관리 및 전 세계를 대상으로 마케팅을 이행하고 있다. 관리자들은 그들의 현재 공급사슬관리 지수를 확인할 필요성이 있고 이를 바탕으로 글로벌 공급사슬관리 전략을 구축할 필요성이 있다.
Abstract
The objectives of this study are to develop supply chain management index of Korean exporters and to verify gaps in the levels of supply chain management among the types of business. To achieve the objectives, this study develops measuring items through prior research, and the survey was performed to Korean exporters, followed by 111 data. Reliability and validity analyses were performed to the data, and a multivariate analysis of variance was also performed for testing the hypothesis. The results are as followed. First, managers need to confirm their supply chain management index. The confirmation, at present, is based on comparing the average of the firm with the whole average of Korean exporters and comparing the index of the firm with the index among the types of business. Second, managers need to structure international business strategy based on the index. At present, Korean exporters export goods to the world market and in addition, they produce goods in abroad, manage the systems in Korea, and sell the goods to the world market. From the viewpoint, they need to confirm the index and as a result, they need to structure global supply chain management strategy.
