해양산업의 전망과 정책과제 : 델파이 접근방법

Abstract

Recently, the importance of marine industry sector is increasingly recognized in Korea. As the country enters the「new ocean era」, the oceans are often regarded as holding the keys to solve the problems of modern industry associated with environment as well as societies and national politics. This paper attempts to address the prospects of the national marine industry and anticipated future policy issues by the two-rounded Delphi surveys. According to policy implications from the survey, cooperation between South and North Korea in marine industry is urgently needed. Moreover, in the field of marine R&D and human resources, science technology development and marine resources were regarded as the most significant issues.
