白果의 消炎作用에 對한 實驗的 硏究

Abstract

Purpose : The purpose of this research was to investigate the effects of Ginkgo semen(GGS) on Anti-inflammation which has been medicated the patient such as Vulvovaginal infection, Cervicitis, Pelvic inflammatory disease, and Pelvic tuberculosis. Method : To investigate the effects of Ginkgo semen(GGS) on Anti-inflammation, we study cytotoxicity effects of GGS on Mouse Lung Fibroblast Cells and Peritoneal Macrophages, Inhibitory effects of GGS on IL-6, TNF- , NOS-II and COX-2 mRNA gene expression and GGS on the nitric oxide (NO) release, the ROS production, the interleukin-6 production, and the interleukin-6 production. Result : 1. The cytotoxicity effects of GGS on mouse lung fibroblast Cells and peritoneal macrophages was observed. 2. GGS in mouse peritoneal macrophages and RAW264.7 cell inhibit IL-6 mRNA gene expression depending upon the concentrations of extract. 3. GGS in mouse peritoneal macrophages and RAW264.7 cell inhibit TNF- mRNA gene expression depending upon the concentrations of extract. 4. GGS in mouse peritoneal macrophages and RAW264.7 cell inhibit NOS-Ⅱ mRNA gene expression depending upon the concentrations of extract. 5. GGS in mouse peritoneal macrophages and RAW264.7 cell inhibit COX-2 mRNA gene expression depending upon the concentrations of extract. 6. GGS in mouse peritoneal macrophages and RAW264.7 cell inhibit NO release. 7. GGS inhibit ROS production depending upon the concentrations of extract. 8. GGS in mouse peritoneal macrophage and RAW264.7 cell inhibit IL-6 production depending upon the concentrations of extract. 9. GGS in mouse peritoneal macrophage and RAW264.7 cell inhibit TNF- production depending upon the concentrations of extract. Conculsion : These results suggest that GGS can be used treating a lot of women disease caused by the inflammation.
