초록
This study determined what high-intensity and medium-intensity Tabata workout had effects on health fitness and cardiovascular disease-inducing factors in obese middle-aged women after a 12-week session for each group. The subjects exercised three times a week for 12 weeks, and as a result of repeated measurement by two-way ANOVA to verify the difference before and after exercise, the following conclusions were drawn. First, in the effect of Tabata exercise intensity on the health fitness of obese middle-aged women, all sub-factors of health fitness pointed to significant differences in terms of time, indicating that Tabata exercise had a positive effect on the health fitness of obese middle-aged women. In particular, there was an interactive effect on muscular endurance and cardiorespiratory endurance, and a statistically significant difference was shown in post-exercise compared to pre-exercise, indicating that Tabata high-intensity exercise had a relative positive effect on obese middle-aged women. Second, in the positive effect of Tabata exercise intensity on cardiovascular disease-inducing factors in obese middle-aged women, there were significant differences in TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, and TG factors in terms of time, indicating a positive effect of Tabata exercise. In addition, while the interaction effect of TG factors was shown, the post-exercise showed a significant difference compared to before-exercise, indicating that Tabata high-intensity exercise had a relative positive effect on obese middle-aged women.
