Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine whether middle-aged women’s exercise program attendance attitude could be an indicator of their daily physical activity habits. We classified 173 middle-aged women who participated in a 10-week combined exercise program into groups according to the number of program attendance, and measured body composition, physical fitness, blood pressure, blood glucose, and blood lipid profiles pre and post intervention, As a result of this study, it was confirmed that the overall physical function and blood lipid profiles of the subjects who participated in the combined exercise program were improved. This is thought to be because the exercise program attendance rate reflects the usual physical activity habits.
