초록
As a result of comparing and analyzing the effects of breathing yoga programs on lung function among 26 college students in their 20s, the following conclusions were obtained. 1. There was a significant difference in the change in FVC by group and time point, but there was no interaction effect between groups. There was no significant difference in the interaction effect between group and time point (p>.05). 2. There was a significant difference in the change in FEV1 between groups and at each time point. As a result of conducting a paired t-test by group to test the interaction effect, the FEV1 by time point in the male group significantly increased (t=-5.628, p<.001), and the FEV1 by time point in the female group showed no change. (t=-1.484, p>.05). As a result of conducting an independent t-test at each time point, there was a significant difference in both pre-FEV1 (t=4.366, p<.05) and post-FEV1 (t=5.921, p<.05). 3. There was no difference in changes in FEV1/FVC between groups (p>.05), but there appeared to be differences at each time point (p<.05). And there was no interaction effect between group and time point (p<.05). 4. There was a significant difference in the change in PEF by group and time point (p<.05), but there was no significant difference in the interaction effect between group and time point (p>.05).
Abstract

There was a significant difference in the change in PEF by group and time point (p<.05), but there was no significant difference in the interaction effect between group and time point (p>.05).
