보육교사 대상 개인정보보호 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 연구: 어린이집 개인정보보호관리 현황 분석

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the current status of personal information protection in childcare centers. To this end, this study carried out a survey on 98 childcare teachers in Gwangju and Jeonnam region to examine their perception toward the level of personal information protection in childcare centers. The findings of this study are as follows. First, the overall level of personal information protection in childcare centers was rated average in the protection environment domain and below average in the processing environment domain. Second, this study analyzed the level of personal information protection in childcare centers according to organization types and found that corporate and workplace childcare centers exhibited a higher level of personal information protection than national, public, and private childcare centers. However, this result was not statistically significant. Based on the results, this study proposed a need for developing an educational program on personal information protection in childcare centers by focusing on indices that were rated low by childcare teachers.
