어린이집 CCTV 설치에 대한 보육교사·부모의 인식 비교 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference in the perception of Child care teachers and parents on the installation CCTVs in Child care centers, and propose improvements. The data was collected through a questionnaire survey conducted on 243 Child care teachers and parents, respectively, affiliated to daycare centers located in Jeollabuk-do Province. The research tools were discussed and decided by three infantile education professionals, according to the measurements on the validity of perception tools of parents and daycare teachers on CCTVs in daycare centers. Collected data were run through statistical analyses such as frequency distribution, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, t-test, and cross analysis on SPSS 22.0 software. The results were as follows: First, Child care teachers’difference in perception on CCTVs during activity of education following sociodemographic factors was somewhat negative, but positive in the field of Child care teachers’ class management. Second, the difference in the feeling of necessity of CCTVs between daycare teachers and parents were meaningful. Third, on the improvements of application of CCTVs in Child care centers, most Child care teachers claimed improvement in the behavioral constraints during education, and most parents in the blind spots and protection of human rights of the Child care teachers.
