This study differentiates itself from prior research by specifically focusing on how servant leadership, through the formation of positive social support networks, strengthens learners' psychological capital. · Research method: This study conceptually clarifies the direct impact of educators' servant leadership on learners' learning flow and career planning ability. Furthermore, it delves into an in-depth investigation of how psychological capital (self-efficacy, hope, optimism, resilience) plays a mediating role in this relationship. · Research results: The study confirmed that educators' altruistic, healing, wise, persuasive values, and stewardship spirit are positively linked to learners' learning effectiveness and career planning ability. It was also demonstrated that each sub-factor of psychological capital (self-efficacy, resilience, hope, optimism) interacts with learners' confidence, goal achievement, perseverance, and positive attitude, proving to be a key mechanism for enhancing learning and career outcomes. Practically, these findings offer significant implications for the design of leadership development programs and teacher training in educational settings.
