초록
Objectives: This study was designed to report on the research trends and analysis of Korean medicine treatment for uteirne myoma, and to provide supporting data for further research and treatment. Methods: Two researchers searched articles on Korean medicine treatment for uterine myoma published from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2023 using six Korean search engines. Bibliographic information, main symptoms, treatment period, treatment method, evaluation scale, and treatment results of each study were analyzed. Results: The most common symptom of uterine myoma was dysmenorrhea (12 times). The most commonly used prescriptions were Personal Prescription (13 times) and Guichoolpajing-tang (6 times). The most commonly widely used herbs were Angelica gigas Nakai (41 times), Atractylodes japonica Koidz. ex Kitam (31 times), Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch (30 times), Levisticum officinale W.D.J.Koch (29 times), Citrus unshiu (Yu.Tanaka ex Swingle) Marcow. (28 times), Paeonia lactiflora Pall. (27 times), Cyperus rotundus L. (27 times), and Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge (26 times) which are the main components of Guichoolpajing-tang, Sobokchukeo-tang, Yikgeebohyul-tang, Saenghwa-tang, Gyejibongnyeong-hwan. The most commonly used acupoints were SP6 (18 times), CV4 (16 times), EX-CA1 (11 times). The most frequently used meridian was Conception Vessel (31 times). Conclusions: The above results could be used to develop more effective treatments and follow-up studies for uterine myoma
