본 논문은 독일 한인여성의 이주역사를 재구성하고 이들의 역사를 복원하기 위해 당시 국가적 차원에서 정책적인 고려와 개발 및 국제이주라는 역사적 사실이 긴밀하게 연관되어있다는 점에 주목하여 파독간호인력 집단을 중심으로 한인여성의 독일이주에 대한 역사화작업을 시도하고자 한다. 한국의 경제개발과정에서 파독간호인력들의 집단이주가 개인의 선택으로 진행된 국제이주란 점에서 이들의 이주에 영향을 주었던 요인들이 무엇이며, 일반적인 한인이주의 역사와는 다른 이주의 특징은 무엇인지 국경을 넘는한인여성들의 독일이주의 배경과 정책에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문은첫째, 독일 한인여성 이주역사를 재구성해보고, 그동안 독일 한인여성의 이주 관련 연구가 어떻게 진행됐으며, 한계 및 문제점은 무엇인지 선행연구에 대한 체계적인 검토 및 분석 작업을 진행하고자 한다. 둘째, 독일 한인여성의 이주 배경과 정책에 대한 국가적 차원에서의 분석을 위해 개발과 국제이주라는 측면에서 한국과 독일 이주정책과 한인여성 이주와의 상관성을 규명해보고자 한다. 셋째, 초기 집단이주 과정에서 독일 한인여성의 이주의 주체화 및 한국문화와 독일문화의 융합과 혼종성을 통해 국경을 넘는 한인여성들의 타자화 과정을 살펴보고자 한다.
Abstract
This paper will examine the history of Korean diaspora women’s life and experience in German society by pioneering new life beyond migration. It is worth noting that in order to reconstruct the migration history of Korean diaspora women in Germany, the historical facts of policy consideration and development and international migration at the national level are closely related. What are the factors that influenced the migration of Korean diaspora women in the process of economic development in Korea in terms of the international migration of Korean immigrants, and to examine the background and policy of Korean diaspora women in Germany. To do so, first, this paper will try to reconstruct the history of migration of Korean diaspora women in Germany, and to conduct a systematic review and analysis of previous studies on how migration studies of Korean diaspora women in Germany have progressed, limitations and problems. Second, to analyze the background and policy of migration of Korean diaspora women in Germany, this paper would like to clarify the relationship between Korean and German migration policies and Korean migration in terms of development and international migration. Third, this paper will examine the process of objectification of Korean diaspora women over the border through the integration of Korean women and the convergence and hybridity of Korean culture and German culture.
