Abstract

For successful holding 1st Korea Business Information Olympiad, this research tries to figure out some degree that 1st Korea Business Information Olympiad influences curriculum, employment. Members preparing the examination and guidance counselors of 1st Korea Business Information Olympiad are subject to investigation for actual analysis and in consequence of actual analysis, some point will be preceded for successful holding 1st Korea Business Information Olympiad.First, At small schools they have to choose some parts at which they are good. They need to focus on their specialties. The educational office has to choose some items which it can prepare and help them effectively. Second, There have to be lots of incentives for the students and the teachers who get good results. It is necessary to consider that the students of good results will be given the opportunities to get good jobs and the teachers will be given some promotion incentives. Third, The problems have to be made out of the textbooks. There must be deep considerations for objectivity from selecting the teachers who make the problems to supervising or checking procedure. Fouth, a large range of competitions will be prepared to evaluate students creativity and potentiality so that the competions will be a festival which many schools in many provinces or cities can participate in. Fifth, there must be enough budget for the teachers' pay of making problems and managing the competitions. Sixth, it is necessary to keep them from having over competitive power among provinces or cities. They have to think that over competitive power can cause uneducational results.
