이 논문은 17세기 조선의 격변기를 살았던 갈암(葛庵) 이현일(李玄逸)의 한시에 나타난 詠史의 미의식을 고찰한 논문이다. 그는 퇴계학맥의 정통을 계승한 성리학자이자 경세가 였다. 갈암은 영남의 호걸이요, 학자요, 군자였다. 그는 영남유학의 종장으로서 그 임무를 충실히 해 내었으며 민족사의 인식태도가 특별하였다. 그가 남긴 한시는 총 300여수로 그 중에 민족의 정기를 걱정한 영사시는 다른 시에 비해 많은 량을 차지하는 것은 아니다. 그러나 그가 역사를 읊은 한시에는 민족적 자아에 대한 깊은 성찰과 진취적인 기상이 서려있어 이 시대 연구에 간과될 수 없는 중요성을 지니고 있다. 그의 영사시에는 역사에 박식한 폭넓은 전고가 있고, 우국의 신선한 구상과 묘사가 뛰어나며 주제의식이 훌륭하여 문학사적 가치가 높다고 할 수 있다. 또 잇단 왜란으로 실추된 당대의 역사에 대한 반성과 절실한 비유와 상징이 들어 있으며 그의 풍부한 박식이 바탕이 된 시상들이 사려 깊고 오묘하게 전개되고 있다. 그의 영사시에 나타난 전아하고 명백한 품격의 미의식은 독특한 미감을 드러내고 있다.
Abstract
This paper is the study on The aesthetic consciousness to shown on The history Chinese poetry of Galam(葛庵) Lee Hyun-il(李玄逸 : 1627~1704) in The Choseon(朝鮮) Dynasty period. Galam(葛庵) Lee Hyun-il(李玄逸)'s The history Chinese poetry is the elegant and refined and give chapter and verse. The aesthetic consciousness of recitation history of a Chinese poem sense is the extensive knowledge of history and a metaphorical expression and symbolic words very clear evidence. Lee Hyun-il(李玄逸)'s live time is the right time for a national awakening Lee Hyun-il(李玄逸)'s The history Chinese poetry is implicated in people justice of spirit and energy and promising spirit. His poet is the sublime to gained through the a scholar well-informed and retentive in memory of life. The subject aesthetics point of view to The sense for national and The space sense for the history. Lee Hyun-il(李玄逸)'s The history Chinese poetry is have a racy flavor and individuality and a distinctive atmosphere.
