특성화고 산학일체형 도제학교 개선 방안 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze various problems and derive policy measures to improve them so that apprenticeship schools facing internal and external difficulties. To this end, a recognition and demand survey was conducted on 132 managers, senior teachers, and teachers in charge, including principals and vice principals of 15 regional industry-academic apprenticeships nationwide, and the necessity and timing of introduction were compared and analyzed. As a result of the study, there were six items that needed improvement in the area of organizing the industry-academia integrated apprenticeship school curriculum, four short-term key improvements and two mid- and long-term introduction review items. On the other hand, there are 7 items that need to be introduced in the short term in the operation and management area and 8 items in the utilization and support area, indicating that it is urgent to introduce the apprenticeship school curriculum operation model. The policy suggestions derived based on the research results are as follows. First, in terms of the area of curriculum organization, it was proposed to introduce ①P-TECH Prime, ②improve the apprenticeship school operation model (local government-linked), ③expand the criteria for recognition of on the job training (OJT), and ④fully introduce and upgrade the apprenticeship preliminary course. Second, in the area of curriculum operation and management, the necessity of introducing ①the apprenticeship administrative teacher system, ②resetting and raising the level of participation standards for companies, and ③developing an online education platform for companies was suggested. Third, in the area of support and utilization of the curriculum, it is required to ①enact the Act on the Parallel High School and ②expand support for the industry-led organization.
