Abstract

According to this research investigating the pulmonary respiration function and the bone density of three groups, the estimated average of them was a little different but there was no meaningful difference in statistics. In case of the backbone density, the estimated average of mentally handicapped soccer players were higher than that of the other two groups, but there was no meaningful difference in statistics. This conclusion made from this study is that if the mentally handicapped continue to do some programmed exercises, they can improve more physical conditions than the other two groups , and the other two groups can also make their pulmonary respiration function and bone density higher if they do the programmed exercises.
