제주국제자유도시특별법상의 국제화 국게제도에 관한 연구

Abstract

The “Free International City” means a regional unit subject to the specific legal regime established in SPECIAL ACT ON JEJU FREE INTERNATIONAL CITY, under which special cases of deregulation and national assistance are put into effect in order to ensure that there may be fully guaranteed the international transfer of persons, merchandise, and capital as well as the facility of business activities. For successful drive of free International City, creation of environment of globalization -oriented education should be the name of the game. So, this Article analyzes Special Case Applicable to Requirements for Admission to Foreign Schools, Special Case Applicable to Establishment and Administration of Foreign Universities, Special Case Applicable to Appointment of Contract-Basis Foreign Teacher, Special Case Applicable to Schools and School Curriculums Special, and Case Applicable to State Assistance for Education in SPECIAL ACT ON JEJU FREE INTERNATIONAL CITY. This Article describes the contents of the project on ‘Jeju International Education Complex’.
