Immunoglobulin G4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is a chronic fibroinflammatory systemic disorder. Predominantly, patients with submandibular swelling are diagnosed with this disease inotorhinolaryngology. However, due to its rarity and the limited understanding of the disease,accurate diagnosis can be challenging. Through a retrospective review of seven cases of IgG4-RD patients, our study analyzed the symptoms, diagnostic approaches, treatment modalities,and prognosis of the condition, contributing to a better understanding of IgG4-RD.
Abstract
