Abstract

As a result of the population concentration in the capital area, the crisis of Regional design business ecosystem is further accelerating the outflow of regional manpower. So Deagu-Gyeongbuk, one of the largest country areas, needs the innovative invigoration strategies of Design business ecosystem. Design business exists in the organic ecosystem of related element. For sustainable development, there should be built the virtuous circle system. To form healthy Design business ecosystem, it is required the definite role regulation of a per-component basis, the secure realization and the coexistence for creating the common value and sharing the accomplishment. Therefore, in this paper, I did an analysis of the current states and the problems on the Design Company, the Design education, research institutions, and the Design support organizations which are independent component of the Deagu-Gyeongbuk`s Design business ecosystem. Based on these factors, I proposed the strategies that the Regional design business ecosystem is able to innovate successfully. The regional design company should be turning away from traditional consulting business and make the effective strategies that could improve its structure, such as combining with other fields or developing design service. Based on excellent design idea infrastructure, the Regional design education institutions should introduce the systematic curriculum which could start up company and support them. As the Regional design support organization, Deagu-Gyeongbuk Design-Center needs to focus on operating and setting up a promot system to foster professionally the design venture company.
