Abstract
This study aims to investigate the effect on behavior intention of post product purchase to the cognitive and emotional response under time pressure. At this research, the research focus was that investigated the effect on refund intention of consumer as a dependent variable instead of re-purchase intention of post product purchase which was popular dependent variable at lots of researches. And also this study aims to investigate the effect on cognitive and emotional response of a information of cognitive-response-evoking and emotional-response-evoking. At the research result, the consumer under high time pressure is higher anticipated regret than the consumer under low time pressure at the situation of a product purchase. In other words, a consumer under high time pressure can not make a purchase decision with a analysis about gains and losses and understanding which needs high cognitive effort. But, they can make a purchase decision easily depend on wider feeling. Therefore, if a consumer is under high time pressure, they can get a negative emotion such as a regret. And also a consumer under high time pressure has a high refund intention of their purchase. This result can be understood that a consumer get this refund intention because of anticipated regret at the case of high time pressure. In other words, a consumer who made a purchase decision under high time pressure can get a high refund intention of purchase because of experience of negative emotion such as the regret.
