Abstract

As the HRM(home meal replacement) is diversified and the sales volume is rapidly increasing, companies develop and release new food brands continuously. Interests in HRM is getting higher, since it saves time of busy people and the sharp increase of single household, accordingly, the consumers' tendency of pursuing convenience is getting stronger. Consumers cannot check HRM food directly, and they do not know the quality before tasting it. Companies allow consumers to experience the product through free-sample stand. however, they cannot taste all products. Since HRM is not high involvement product, the consumers do not have strong will to seek for the product information. Therefore, there is a high probability of getting the information of the product through the label on the packaging and judging the product in the purchase situation. However there are many information included on the label, the researcher investigated brand name, origin, price, and expiration date among the informations of label, the representative information which consumers are most interested in. This research investigated the effect of the information of the label on perceived value and trust of food product, and the effect of perceived value and trust on customer satisfaction and recommend intention. As the result of the research, brand name of label information appeared to have positively influence on emotional value, economic value, and trust. As a result of the opposition, origin of label information has no meaningful influence on emotional value, economic value, and trust. Price on the label was significant for emotional value and trust, however, was not significant for economic value. Expiration date on the label has not significantly influence on emotional value, economic value, and trust. And the emotional value positively influences on customer satisfaction and recommend intention. And the economic value also significantly affects on customer satisfaction and recommend intention. Also, customers' trust of product significantly influence on customer satisfaction and recommend intention. Customers' satisfaction on product positively influence on recommend intention. It was confirmed that perception of emotional value, economic value and trust of product appeared to create satisfaction on product and recommend intention.
