본 연구는 대학교육 역량을 강화하기 위한 노력과 실적으로 교육의 질 관리가 매우 강조됨으로써 더불어 대학 CTL의 교수-학습지원 프로그램에 대한 질 관리 부분들이 강조되는 바 교수지원 측면에서 질 관리를 위한 성과지표 및 산출식을 개발하고 타당화 검증 수행하였다. 연구결과 교수지원 4개 단위 프로그램에 대해 Kirkpatrick 4-Level 모형에 따라 단계별 성과지표를 제시하였다. 현행 성과 목표 달성에 유리한 형식적 지표 구성에서 진일보하여 교수지원 사업을 실질적으로 점검, 개선, 환류하고, 사업성과를 우수하게 평가받을 수 있는 양질의 성과지표로의 연구적 성과를 높일 수 있도록 반영하였다. 또한, 대학별로 우후죽순 활용되고 있는 교수-학습 지원 성과지표들을 전체적으로 정리하고, 체계화하여 향후 타당성 높은 성과지표 개발과 성과 관리의 표준화된 모델을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop and verify the qualitative performance indicators and formula of the university professor support program of CTL. Lately, the management of the educational quality has been emphasized to help the professors reinforce their pedagogic competence. As a result, this study suggests the phased performance indicators of the 4 professor support unit programs in reference to Kirkpatrick 4-Level model. It is perceived that the current formal indicator system that could well be favorable to the formal evaluation should be replaced with this qualitative performance evaluation. Then, the professor support programs would well be checked, improved and fed-back. In addition, it is deemed that the professors would be more encouraged to improve the quality of their research work. In addition, this study arranged and systemized the teaching-learning support indicators applied recklessly by the universities to suggest the ways to develop more systematic, standard and valid performance indicator models.
